SUMMER IS SOARING HIGH
ah ah.. ah .. ah... with my tongue always out, saliva dropping drop by drop, throat drying up, body heat unbearable, summer is testing us pugs in Hyderabad.
As such we are cold country breeds or atleast moderate temperatures are fine with us, but definitely not 42 degrees Celsius. 'GOD', be kind and give us early monsoon pleeeeeze.
For the love of our master, we don't even mind the heat of summer and that is why I am here in India and am sure that it is the same with all my brother hood of dogs and other pets who are loyal to their masters in this country. As you all know that we follow our masters to the END OF WORLD. He he a bold and BIG statement for a small pug like me, But that's true and I will talk about this in another post of mine much later from now. As for now, I request all master to fill cool water in our drinking bowls always and preferable a couple of them in different rooms as we might be lazy at times to hunt for it.
Also give us a cold wrap if it is too hot as Air conditioning is also not that good for us all the time.
Natural cooling is best. Keep us away from hot windows and exposure to heat. Also, make sure that you give us early morning walks and late evening walks to avoid heat outside.
I know it is great to be a human but it is also a great feeling to be a Doggie if we get loving masters.
hi vayu,
ReplyDeletei am 4 mnth pug and my name is guru.i am extremely naughty and packed with mischievous energy.biting my owner's feet and shredding newsapapers is something i enjoy most. However i am a picky eater and i wondering what my diet plan should be/ i start my morning wih 1 bioled egg and some milk. in the noon i have couple of spoons of curds.in evening around 4pm i feel hungry so i have 80 grms of pedigree. now, what should i have for dinner? i dont want to over do myself on pedigree and look fat. any suggestions from you be great :)
Well great to have you on my blog. after all this is the place where the voice of pugs is heard and answered. Coming to the diet plan.. your plan looks good. I generally have a little bit of rice in the afternoon for my lunch and reserve the curd for dinner. so maybe you could try doing that. By the way when you have pedigree you will feel very thirsty, so don't forget to drink plenty of water. Good luck.
